We have a patch of swamp milkweed planted a couple weeks ago in our garden, along with some common milkweed that is just now starting to come back from last year. I checked it and noticed monarch eggs on both types of milkweed, along with a couple first instar monarch caterpillars. It seems very early to have monarch eggs, has anyone else seen any yet?
