After watching a pair of robins collect pinestraw for building their nest, the mother is now sitting on the nest, rarely leaving- day 5. a pair built a nest in the same place last spring, on top of a post, under an old school bell with vine growing on it (nice and protected). I can watch them right out my kitchen window. Last year's robins raised 3 babies that left the nest. Can't wait to watch the feeding of the babies this year.
