Every year the Male ruby throat hummingbird arrives on April 29th. I put the feeders out early this year and this morning at 6:30am I saw a hummingbird. It looks like a young male - darker in color. I have not gotten a very close look just yet — but they have arrived. For all up north you may want to consider putting those feeders up a week earlier.
