Ice-Out

Date: 04/15/2019

Number: 1

The four foot thick ice swept out to sea and back into the harbour with the tides for a good two weeks before we could say it was gone for good. The first of the lobster fishing vessels began hauling into the water, in preparation for the beginning of the season in this area on May 1st.
