The plants at my house are up and about 12-18 inches tall so we decided to go to Burr Oaks Trail to see if their milkweed was up yet. There were tiny little sprouts up, about 4-5 inches. BUT, a monarch had visited much of them. We found 14 eggs! We have not had a monarch visit us at our house yet and we live in south Blue Springs.
