She was faded and she laid lots of eggs on my milkweed. Milkweed was about 1 foot tall. Lots of other milkweed much smaller. She laid most of her eggs on the smaller milkweed. Some just barely out of the ground. She laid 5 eggs on one 2 inch high milkweed and came back the next day and laid 4 more on that same plant. She also laid several on the stems. Milkweed is just coming up in North East TN. Don't really see it up in the fields. This is common milkweed planted in my garden.
