I was sitting on my patio in Chester Co, PA drinking tea when I saw two hummingbirds strafing each other at the blossoming lilac bush. Eventually one foraged around the purple lilac inflorescences for a short while. I had not yet put out my feeders, but did so immediately. It was so nice to see them again. I didn't know they visited lilacs!
