First Male Baltimore Oriole sighted today at my jelly feeder. Earliest I have seen them in the Detroit area. But last year was the fist year I consistently had them in my backyard, so perhaps they have made a beeline to me!

He stayed on the feeder a long time. First on the shepherd's hook, at least five minutes looking around. Then a couple of minutes eating jelly. What a treat - for him and for me!!
