Ok, don't laugh. Do these look like tulips emerging to you? After all these years of trying to find a good spot to plant our tulip bulbs in, we decided last year on several different locations. This location here, on the side of the road seems to have some emerging since I thought they were drowning in there last week! Wonderful! Can this be real?
