This evening at about 6:10 p.m. I saw flickers of yellow in our flowering pear tree. I grabbed my camera and began snapping away at the tiny bird I had never seen before and had to struggle hard from not shaking as I was so excited! I just knew it was a warbler of some kind and cold barely contain my excitement -- sure enough I researched online what I saw and learned it was a Nashville Warbler! I had never ever seen one before and it was even more special to see one right in my own backyard!
