Went to change out my first batch of nectar for a fresh feeder and saw evidence that it had been drunk from in previous days. Haven’t actually seen any hummingbirds yet. Maybe soon? Been trying to look during times of the day when they have especially been known to feed (from previous years). I’ve collected several years worth of observations so far since I started to put out nectar. Almost always the males will arrive in my area first followed by their female mates.
