Virginia Living Museum Volunteer reports seeing a late 5th instar feeding on common milkweed growing in the parking lot near the main building at the Virginia Living Museum. Didn't have time to search for more, nor a camera of any sort handy, larva was at least 2 inches long. The VLM has been Monarch Waystation #299 since 2005.
