Heard and saw the first Oriole this day in a tree on the property.

A sure sign of the promise of Springtime!

Earlier on, the Wrens have been active here and are nesting using nesting boxes which they have taken a liking to for several years now.

Weather has been cooler and wetter than average but, improvement seems evident though slowly.
