Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

One male in good condition sighted by Wildlife Biologist Jim Castle at the Army Corps of Engineers Habitat Management Unit at Charbonneau park, just east of Burbank, WA. Identity confirmed by binoculars and a second biologist at the scene. The monarch was in good, fresh condition and flight active pausing on vegetation occasionally.
