My friend, Larry, observed a Monarch Butterfly on a dandelion flower at Harrisville Marina around 2PM today. He knows monarchs. Weather was sunny with a very light wind and temperature was 57F. I have yet to see one. Milkweed is 1-2" tall around the area.
