After many days of seeing no gray whales at all, it was a delight for us to observe two adult gray whales traveling north.
Our observation area is experiencing an influx of anchovies and this has brought in a few humpbacks and finback whales allowing us to observe their feeding behaviors. Numerous harbor seals, sea lions, and sea birds are also feeding voraciously upon these anchovies.
