In the parking lot of the Jewish Community Center in Rochester, NY, at around 10:50 AM. The JCC is right on the Erie Canal (1200 Edgewood Ave, 14618). The butterfly was flying away from the canal across the JCC parking lot, in the direction of French Road. First one I've seen so far this year!
