Had a male Monarch visit on this beautiful blue sky day. Torn & tattered & a bit faded, he breifly stopped to nectar on the salvia. He flew over Swamp mw & when nectaring he was about 2' away from Common mw. He flew around patrolling the yard a few times & left in an easterly direction.
