I saw a Monarch checking out some Common Milkweed plants a couple days ago. I was down by that spot today transplanting a Milkweed plant from where I mow a path. I was curious and I found 10 eggs or so checking about 20 Common Milkweed plants in a rather small area of one of my 3 main Common Milkweed patches in my field.
