I have been keeping an eye on it daily. It wasnt growing very fast, I think because of the cooler weather. Over the weekend it was gone. It was no where near the size it needed to be to form a chrysalis so I'm assuming something ate it. Have only seen one other egg. However, the milkweeds are just exploding in numbers now.
