July 7th 2019
Saw 8 Monarchs at Point Pelee between 1 & 3pm. All but 2 were journeying south. Premigration Migration! 2 were at the Tip with 1 of them heading out over Lake Erie. 1 flitted around the Tip Shuttle Stop area. 1 flitted over foliage at the Visitor Center. 4 at Sanctuary Pond were seen flitting in a southerly direction (as in video) fighting the strong NE wind.

A total of 18 seen yesterday (not including what I see on our property) in & around the area within 10km, toward Hillman Marsh.
Clear & a Comfortable 26°c/79f (less humidity than what we've had) with moderate to strong NE wind at 18 kph
