I saw many monarchs around the river. They came very close to us while we were fly fishing & on our boat. They were also flying around with some swallowtails. There is a lot of milkweed in the area and I checked as much as I could get to but no signs of eggs or caterpillars. I’m very happy I finally saw some around here. No pictures since I was hold a fly fishing rod & catching fish!
