these caterpillars range from 1st-5th instar, on milkweed in my garden. 9 of the 1st instars are new and the rest are part of the same batch previously reported. there is at least one new chrysalis.
24 of the 4th and 5th instars have been corralled into milkweed under a mosquito net tent to protect them from wasps.
