Monarch Larva Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 07/28/2019

Number: 4

Finally, one 2nd instar larva on Common Milkweed in my butterfly habitat and 2 more on my neighbors Common milkweed plants. We should be covered up, but still yet to see adult monarch butterflies. We have the best milkweed plant stands in years, but failed to find Adults, eggs, or larvae in June and July until this week. I have yet to see an Adult Monarch this month.
