Considering that in 2018, illegal spraying of the near 100 acres of field behind my house were sprayed with Roundup and followed up with Roundup Ready soya, I was amazed to see a single stunning Monarch. After a year of fighting, I saw all culprits fined and permits suspended and town employees who let this happen reprimanded. I hope to see the monarchs recover.
