I counted 9 monarchs on my 2 mile walk today. I observed 3 faded female monarchs laying eggs. The other six were very brightly colored. Yesterday the Wind was NNW, but it rained. Today the weather was mostly cloudy, and the Wind was NW-15. There is no early migration detected. Temperature was 76F.
