Monarch Waystation #299 [AKA Virginia Living Museum] reports 2 male monarchs sighted nectaring on a flowering Buckeye near the Goodson House in the Conservation Garden by a volunteer at 9:20 am. A few minutes later one of the males was seen "patrolling" the native plant beds near the Goodson House which contained Common milkweed.
