Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 08/16/2019

Number: 3

There's at least 3 now. We have a garden with both edibles and native pollinators. They are skittish to us being outside even though the garden is at least twenty feet from our house. We're seeing lots of bees, wasps, and a couple hummingbirds as well. Orange milkweed, cardinal flowers, hyssop, catmint, Russian sage, mountain mint, Hardy hibiscus, French marigold, creeping phlox, echinacea, evening primrose, bachelor blue buttons, fox glove, jalapeno, banana peppers, and tomatoes make up the largest portion of our garden. Milkweed and mountain mint is the most popular in general.
