At least 9 overnight 8/17, during heavy rainstorm. (I'd bet there were more that I couldn't see.) This morning, 4 had never left and 9 more have added on today, by 1pm. Expecting more.
There have been 50-60 monarchs in my yard over the past 3 days. Liatris aspera, tithonia, zinnias.
Roosting on mountain ashes.
