Monarchs with fading color on their wings. At least 10 sighted each day for the past week.

I saw them in the afternoon, from a window where I usually sit. They were here for several hours. There were multiple monarchs on butterfly bushes a few feet away. I didn't see them flying, just feeding on the bushes.

They were feeding on the flowers. They were a faded color, I assumed they were nearing the end of their lives.

I don't have any photos. I haven't seen any monarchs this week, they were here last week.
