Bald Eagle

Date: 08/07/2019

Number: 1

caught an immature pelican from a family that was along the lakeshore just to the east, carried it off and dropped it once, picked it up and moved to the pot noted and ate it, flew off a few times when neighbors passed by,but came back again to finish dinner. Tried to attack the family again a few days later, but the parents aggressively defended their offspring and flew after the eagle to chase it off. Have never seen anything quite like this!
