A good year for sighting of Monarchs here on Long Island, NY. Many times I will see groups of four flying around the milkweed. I have raised 21 in my home. I presently see several caterpillars on the milkweed in the yard. This has also been a year of sighting black swallowtail, tiger swallowtail, buckeye, skippers and cabbage butterflies.
