The one in the pic ran off the other one that had picked a tree to roost in (east side of Dillingham Garden, closest to Boggy Creek nearby) and then flitted about an adjacent set of trees on the north side. That's when the behavior got peculiar. He flitted in and out of 3 trees repeatedly, not turning in, and this went on until dusk and was still in progress when I left. Invitation to cluster, to any monarch arriving late?
