This is the third time I saw the female ruby throat in my garden. She was on the butterfly bush a few days ago. Today at 12:30 pm eastern time. She was hovering above the sunflowers, Celone(turtleheads)and coneflowers.
When I spotted her a few days ago. I quickly bought another feeder. I just assumed all were gone by now, but they’re not. Through flowers are getting scarce in all my gardens. The pollinators and hummingbirds still have a decent amount to choose from. Please keep your gardens up and maintained until frost at least. I still have plenty of activity
