Portsmouth, NH: Saw one monarch flying around a garden in the sun.
Rye, NH: Saw 2nd monarch roosting at dust in a hay field on a golden rod plant, 55 degrees, so he was not flying.
Saw lots of eggs in Portsmouth on milkweed patch.
I have 3 caterpillars growing up in a container planter next to my house. They are eating up the milkweed, so I started grabbing some milkweed down the road to feed them. Hope they go to chrysalis soon.
