Counted 35 Monarchs on a drift of Joe Pye Weed at favorite park. Haven't seen this many in one place since mid 90s. The concentration could have something with a stiff breeze coming from W/SW. The Joe Pye Weeds they were on were in a bowl area less exposed to that stiff breeze. It was an amazing sight.
