I counted at least 40 from a slow moving train in about 2 or 3 miles in 5 minutes on the north side of the railroad around Dawn Ohio betwixt Ansonia and Versailles. They were thick . Some nectaring some in groups of three or four frolicking or just flitting around the right of way that was full of nectar sources.
