Today my little 12-year old daughter and I found 13 Monarch caterpillars on our milkweed plants!!!!!!! We were so excited!!! My little daughter found teensy ones I had not found before because she’s lower to the ground! We found them on one “Icy Ballet” white swamp milkweed plant and three Butterfly Weed plants in our Monarch/butterfly garden. They were all different sizes from very teensy all they way to about 2 inches. And tomorrow morning we are going to check two hanging in chrysalises from underneath our wheelbarrow that have been there for 9 days tomorrow (since Aug. 20, 2019).
