first monarch at 0925 hrs only a few feet above ground moving SW or even a bit more westerly. this butterfly stopped to rest on staghorn sumac (no fruits or flowers). second monarch at 0930 hrs maybe 20 - 30 feet above ground also moving SW or even a bit more westerly. third butterfly above all the traffic signs but below treetop level at 0955 hrs also flying SW or even a bit more westerly.
