I’m thinking it’s the same female ruby throat that’s come to my garden all summer. Her favorite flowers are gone, the hollyhocks, but she’s moved to the butterfly bush and bee balm. She doesn’t really care for the feeder I put out. I clean and refill it every 3 days. So she probably just prefers flowers. I noticed when I’m watering my flowers she comes right down and hovers over the mist from my hose and keeps flying back and forth through it.
