Sightings report image

Date: 09/01/2019

Number: 10

I only have one Meadow Blazingstar plant that survived the bunnies. The base is surrounded by chicken wire, and a storm knocked the plant over. I supported the horizontal section of the plant with a chair and a floppy plant support on the Russian Sage next to the Blazingstar. I hoped it would bloom this year. This picture is a screen capture of a video I took this morning. By pausing and rewinding, I think I counted 10. None of them seemed to be interested in the milkweed which is no longer blooming. No eggs.
