I haven’t seen Monarchs for at least two weeks except for the ones I’m hand raising. Every week I do a long walk along Toronto’s lakeshore path and generally see few, if any, Monarchs. Today there were at least 20 flying overhead at one open water point at the lake. There was quite strong onshore wind and we are expecting rain this afternoon. It was around noon and the temperature was about 66 degrees
