12pm 68 degrees with winds at 15 MPH from the SE. The sun finally came out and 2 monarchs appeared just before noon. One hanging onto the blazing star and one on the New England Aster. It's suppose to reach 77 degrees and turn humid this p.m. The monarchs have had to contend with unfavorable winds and below average temperatures for about two weeks. I still expect to see many more monarchs through the first half of September. We'll see.
