Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 09/06/2019

Number: 1

I spotted one lone Monarch earlier today, feeding on blazing star. It started out cool this a.m. but now at 6pm it's 75 degrees and humid with a slight breeze. The Monarch did not stick around it fed for about an hour and then hit the road. The painted ladies are now getting a chance at the blazing star.
