Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 09/03/2019

Number: 4

We have seen them off and on for about a month. We planted several milkweed plants and salvias in early August. We began to see one or two Monarchs and shortly thereafter, larvae were stripping the milkweed leaves. Since then new milkweed leaves and blooms have appeared as well as more visiting monarchs.

Isn't it amazing? Many, many thanks to the Houston Chronicle for posting articles over the years concerning the Monarchs and their migrations
