We have same thing as 09/03 report with this added. I had been sitting on the Frontporch looking for any hummer activity. I finally saw a trumpet vine flower move back & forth. Staring it at it for awhile to find the Source of movement when I finally saw a rather large female. I could not tell if she was a Ruby or Black-chinned. This picture is a poor one but you can tell she is a female. I haven't seen many females this year since they 1st arrived in Spring. In total we have 5-6 hummers.
