Light South Wind - watching monarchs coming across Lake Erie from Canada

Counts were made over a 2 hour period - at mid day.

Some of them stop on the beach - there are some goldenrod in the area that I have observed the monarchs land on - most continue flying

Last year we had roosts at multiple locations from South Bass Island to Cleveland - I have not seen any roosts this year
