I saw 2 monarchs this am in the Overlook Park wildflower and garden area. The day was completely sunny and cool, in the high 60 degree range, with a breeze from the northwest.I also saw 2 caterpillars on milkweed in the library garden. One a 4 instar, one a 5 instar.
