Just a few weeks ago we had up to 7 hummers around our feeder at the same time. It got down to 1 or 2 at a time most recently. I actually have stopped putting nectar in the feeder as white-faced wasps had begun to take over that as well as our oriole feeder. Adios little ones, until next spring!
