I have 2 juvenile female hummingbirds left here now, which are quite thin and almost full size. They come to the feeders but only one seems to know how to feed from them. The other tries to get nectar from the sides of the glass, the lid, etc. She does go to the ports but doesn't seem to know enough to insert her beak. I had 2 other slightly older juvenile females, they left Monday with huge bellies from stocking up.
